Vigoo Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Vigoo, a music video sharing app for adults 18+. By using Vigoo, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) where applicable.
App Use
Vigoo lets users browse short music and performance posts, publish clips, add captions, comment, save favorites, edit profile details, and use report or block tools. You are responsible for your own activity and content.
User Generated Content
UGC may include profile details, videos, captions, comments, and reports. You must own or have permission to post your content. Do not post content that violates rights, laws, these Terms, Apple's Standard EULA, or platform rules.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Vigoo has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users, including harassment, hate, threats, spam, fraud, illegal activity, impersonation, or content that violates Apple's Standard EULA or applicable law. Violating content may be removed and accounts may be restricted or terminated.
Reports and Blocking
Users can report content or block users from inside the app. We aim to review and process reported content within 24 hours, including removal or account action when appropriate.
Purchases
Vigoo may offer in-app currency through Apple in-app purchase. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms and refund rules.
Account Actions
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when a user violates these Terms, harms the app experience, misuses reports, or creates legal or safety risk.
